Basheer's Mathilukal, is one of his literatures translated to English and Hindi.This story is a creation from his life in the Jail, where he had been in a cell near to women's jail separated by a wall. Basheer used to communicate with a lady Narayani. When they, planned to meet in Hospital Jail on a Thursday 11'0 clock, Basheer, received a sad news that, he was about to release on Monday.
